Texture – Soft and spreadable. Scoops better than crumbles. Melts fully into sauces.
Flavor – clean and tart. If a cheese could be refreshing, this is the one. Free of bitter and astringent characteristics.
Aroma – light and clean, dominated by cream, buttery and fresh milk flavors.
Ingredients - pasteurized goat milk, salt, rennet, cultures (Lactococcus and lactobacillus)
Serve with figs or apricots and a drizzle of honey
Dollop on pizza, grilled veggies, brothy soups, any egg dish
Blend with Portland Creamery Cajeta and mix with berries
Use as a healthy substitute for cream cheese
