The perfect delicate blend of herbs in Portland Creamery´s Herbes de Provence Chèvre will rile up the chef in each of us. Don’t say we didn’t warn you as you serve a dollop of this chevre over your grilled summer squash, another on the minestrone soup, and the last to finish a cream sauce for your steak.
Ingredients - pasteurized goat milk, salt, rennet, herbs, cultures (Lactococcus and lactobacillus)
Mix into finished pasta
Grilled veggies or hamburgers
Substitute chèvre for sour cream on a baked potato
Top your scramble eggs, or mix into yolks of deviled eggs
Smear on your bagels with lox
Enjoy simply with crackers on your cheese board!
