It’s back! Grand Central Bakery has their seasonal special up and running at their Portland area cafes and we couldn’t be happier. Portland Creamery gets pretty excited every June when Grand Central unveils The Green Goat sandwich. We have partnered with them to provide our delicious, creamy Chevre. Thanks to the masterminds at GCB, The Green Goat sandwich plays off the fresh taste of Chevre with roasted locally grown beets, a hazelnut pesto, fresh arugula, sliced red onions and a tangy red wine vinaigrette.

  1. Hi we met at Portland nursery apple tasting last year (I work there). We are looking for goats to add to our herd as it seems one of our 2 is falling due to old age. We lost our big alpine wether last spring and would like to find our Sabrina some goriness (she’s a super cute Nubian.
